The wide window from ceiling to floor gives a lot of brightness to the flat during the day but curtains will provide enough darkness for the night.

Located in the studio a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm) in a customized bunk floor and on the ground floor a double sofa bed and coffee table with a reading lamp.

Settled in the living room a stylish dining table with 4 chairs and large flat-screen Smart TV with a free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The flat has a fully equipped, separate and closed kitchen (high table and stools, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, all cutlery and crockery, dishes, pans, bowls, etc.), a mid size bathroom as well fully equipped (bathtub, WC, sink, storage, cabinet and accessories); ironing board, iron and vacuum available and a fully equipped balcony.

The studio has a built in a 3 doors wardrobe with mirror and a shelving unit located in the corridor.

The building has a direct access to marina walk and everything you need is in a walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, metro, tram, laundry, beauty saloon, mall, restaurants, beach etc.
